HTMLGoodies.com: A great place to find out how to do just about anything with HTML.

Javascripts.com: Another great Javascript source code archive. This one, however, requires registering with them. Well worth it, though.

Mediabuilder: You name it, it's here. Some great features include an online Gif Optimizer, an online application to turn any gif file into a button, free animated gifs and icons, free fonts, downloads, and an online animated banner maker.
